• Now a days many Companies (IT & Non IT) recruit (or) short list fresh engineers / graduates though On Campus Recruitment Drives / Off Campus Recruitment drives / Based on their score in various Employability Test Portals
• On Campus Recruitment Drive: Companies visit selected college during 3rd & final year for recruitments. Recruiters conduct written tests as per their syllabus & pattern, Technical interview / HR interview / Group Discussion will be conducted for candidates shortlisted in written test for final selection. Students from selected colleges only will be eligible for attending the drive.
• Off Campus Recruitment Drives: Some companies conduct Off Campus Recruitment Drives also to recruit. Graduates from all colleges are eligible for this drives.
• Companies also shortlist candidates based on their Scores in various Employability Test portals like Amcat / Elitmus etc
